Renovation and expansion of existing premises at the Lembeke presbytery into the Lotus Bakeries administrative head office.

The mayor of Lembeke, Mr Gijssels, still calls the sale of the presbytery, now four years ago, the best decision. "The sale and re-use of the presbytery is clearly a win-win for both parties," says the mayor. "After a few years of vacancy, the building was given a new function and it has truly become a gem of contemporary architecture."

The natural stone facade is Limestone from Italy.
