FARM HOUSE
Bakkum (NL)
This former recreation farm is located at a beautiful spot overlooking the Dutch dunes. The object has been completely transformed into a spacious home on behalf of private clients. The assignment to the architect included the design of an adaptation of the exterior facades and a completely new interior.
The walls of the home are erected with a mix of five types of natural stone from three different countries, in varying lengths and varying heights. Wall thickness 100/120. This in combination with three types of baked facing bricks in two sizes.
